Make a ClaimMaking a claim for a Sickness or Accident can be quite overwhelming, so we would like to make it as painless as possible. The following instructions will help you to understand the procedures and steps involved. As with any process things often happen that are out of our control and can cause delays, but you can help by making sure you double check your claim form before sending it to us. There can also be other causes for delay, i.e. medical practitioners or specialists who take longer to complete and return reports. So if things don’t happen as fast as you would like, we ask that you be patient as we are on your side. Please be assured we are just as keen to have your claim dealt with as you are. |
