Salary Benefit:
90% Income Protection for outside working hours accidents up to a maximum of $1,200 per week.

Capital Benefits:
Death and Lump sum $50,000 as per Policy wording.

Funeral Benefit:
Accident death (24 hour cover) $5,000.

Benefit Period:
16 years – 70 years 104 weeks - over age 60, 52 weeks. Outside Working Hours Accident Cover.

16 years - 60 years 104 weeks. 24 Hours Sickness Cover.

Age Limits:
over 16 years of age - under 70 years of age. Outside Working Hours Accident Cover.

over 16 years of age - under 60 years of age. 24 Hours Sickness Cover.

Waiting Period: 14 days (excess period).

No Medical Required to Join:
However, previous or existing injuries or conditions are not covered.

Sporting Injuries:
Outside working hours amateur sporting injuries are covered after 30 days (all football codes are excluded from cover except for Austag & Touch football).

Motor Cycling:
