Death Benefit:
Accidental death outside working hours lump sum: $25,000

Funeral Benefit:
Accidental death (24 hour cover): $5,000

Benefit Period:
104 weeks          (Ages 16 - 59 yrs inclusive)
52 weeks            (Ages 60 - 64 yrs inclusive)
 

Age Limits:
Accident: Over 16yrs of age - under 70yrs of age
Sickness: Over 16yrs of age - under 65yrs of age

Waiting Period:
14 days          (Ages 16 - 59 yrs inclusive)
21 days          (Ages 60 - 64 yrs inclusive)

No Medical Required to Join:
However, previous or existing injuries or conditions are not covered.

Sporting Injuries:
Outside working hours amateur sporting injuries are covered after 30 days (all football codes are excluded from cover except for Austag and Touch football). Please refer to the PDS for full details.

Motor Cycling:
Covered only when riding on a sealed road. (No cover for probationary, learner or unlicensed motorcycle riders). Please refer to the Policy wording for full details.
